Staying up-to-date seems like a daunting task in the ecommerce world. eSquat shares his reading list.

translation services

If you want to open up to other markets, other languages come into play. If your pictures don't speak for themselves, then a multi-lingual solution is a must. And a daunting task. We offer dedicated services to manage a multi-language ecommerce infrastructure.

A typical shopping cart has different language elements

  • Static site navigation and menu elements. This is the most easy part, and most shopping cart software already come in different language versions.
  • Shop specific static texts which need to be translated once only, like general terms & conditions, refund policies, shipping, privacy statement etc.
  • Category and product descriptions. Depending on the type of products, these can change often. But the main complication obviously is the amount of text which needs to be translated and incorporated at the same time.
  • Generated texts, like invoices, shipping papers and other information. These are information that only need one careful creation, but these make the basis for much customer communication.
  • Customer communication: When your (prospective) customers ask additional questions, ask for explaination of an invoice, request the status of his order ... customer dialogue needs to be reactive and proactive, but always responsive and reliable.
eSquat is not a translation agency - but we have the processes and technological components to implement and manage the processes to allow you an efficient and reliable customer and supplier communication.
