Content Management Systems are a big helper for either publishing information or comfortably creating web-sites that doesn't need much functionality. Making a good choice is almost impossible: There are so many CMS out there that it is easy to fall into 'analysis paralysis'.

My personal favorites are (currently - and subject to change) in not particular order:

I have PureEdit shortlisted, but I don't have any expertise (yet) with it. It just looks good to me.
